The Defence Sourcing Portal (DSP) is the Ministry of Defence’s dedicated e-sourcing platform for advertising contract opportunities, managing pre-qualification questionnaires (DPQQ), tenders (DITT), and defence dynamic purchasing systems.
Suppliers must register on the DSP, undergo required cyber security assessments (DCPP Cyber Risk Profile), and submit tender responses via the DSP secure portal.

About this data
- Source. Official UK public procurement notices (Find a Tender), reused under the Open Government Licence v3.0. New notices arrive through the day; the figures are rebuilt nightly.
- What counts as MOD DSP. A notice whose submission link points to this portal. Award notices rarely publish that link, so the awards side is undercounted. Notices from 23 Feb 2021 to 22 Oct 2026.
- Portal facts. Registration and login notes were checked on the live portal in September 2026. Portals change their sign-up steps; the notice’s own instructions take precedence.
- Independent. Portal and operator names belong to their owners and appear only to show where notices are published; Tenderline is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any portal.
- Every figure shows what it rests on. Not every notice publishes a bid count, a value or a delivery region, so each figure carries the number of records behind it, and one built on few records is marked as such.
