Terms of Use

Effective date: 17 September 2026

1. About this service

Tenderline (tenderline.uk) is a public procurement intelligence catalogue operated as an independent service. It aggregates and normalises publicly available UK procurement notices sourced from government platforms under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Tenderline is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of any government department or contracting authority.

2. Data accuracy and completeness

All data on this site is derived from third-party official sources and is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind — express or implied. This includes, without limitation, warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Source notices are published by thousands of contracting authorities with varying levels of care. Values, dates, descriptions and award details may be incomplete, inconsistent or subsequently corrected at source. Tenderline normalises and dedupletes what it receives but does not create or verify information that is absent or erroneous in the underlying data.

3. Analytical and derived content

Tenderline publishes analytical projections, scores, rankings, competition metrics and spend estimates derived from aggregated notice data. These are statistical models and editorial interpretations, not authoritative statistics, valuations or assessments of any entity's performance, financial standing or commercial conduct.

No analytical output on this site constitutes legal, financial, procurement or professional advice. Any decisions made in reliance on Tenderline data or analysis are made entirely at the user's own risk.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tenderline and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, this service — including but not limited to losses arising from reliance on inaccurate, incomplete or delayed data, or from analytical outputs that misrepresent an entity, opportunity or market condition.

5. Intellectual property

Original notice text is Crown copyright and subject to the Open Government Licence v3.0. Tenderline's schema, normalisation layer, derived fields, analytical models, design and presentation are © Tenderline 2026 and may not be reproduced or redistributed without prior written consent.

6. Acceptable use

You may browse, link to and cite Tenderline for lawful research, journalism, competitive intelligence and procurement planning. Automated access must respect robots.txt and reasonable rate limits.

Use of this service to build a competing product through bulk extraction, or any use that imposes unreasonable load on the infrastructure, is prohibited without prior written agreement.

7. Changes and availability

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Tenderline may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service without notice.
