myTenders is a Proactis (Millstream) contract-publication and tender-response service. Contracting authorities use it to publish notices and, on some exercises, to receive electronic bids through its postbox; other buyers link to it as the advert and run the bid on their own portal.
Suppliers can access tender documents and submit electronic bids directly through the myTenders secure postbox.

About this data
- Source. Official UK public procurement notices (Find a Tender), reused under the Open Government Licence v3.0. New notices arrive through the day; the figures are rebuilt nightly.
- What counts as myTenders. A notice whose submission link points to this portal, including buyer-specific instances (6 addresses so far). Award notices rarely publish that link, so the awards side is undercounted. Notices from 7 Jan 2021 to 16 Oct 2026.
- Portal facts. Registration and login notes were checked on the live portal in September 2026. Portals change their sign-up steps; the notice’s own instructions take precedence.
- Independent. Portal and operator names belong to their owners and appear only to show where notices are published; Tenderline is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any portal.
- Every figure shows what it rests on. Not every notice publishes a bid count, a value or a delivery region, so each figure carries the number of records behind it, and one built on few records is marked as such.
