However it is expected that the Consortium will grow over the lifetime of the contract.\nThe Framework Agreement will be procured using the Find a Tender Open procedure and will be for an initial 2 years from 01.05.2022 with an option to extend by a further three years (two plus one years) at the discretion of the Council and Libraries Consortium members\nLocal government is facing substantial financial challenges and we are looking for a supplier that can will offer value the money alongside an excellent service.",
