        "description": "This pipeline opportunity has been listed by LHC Procurement Group (LHCPG) on behalf of the SConsortium Procurement Construction (CPC), Midlands, London and South East (LHC) and South West Procurement Alliance (SWPA)\nThis is an early market engagement notice issued which seeks to provide advanced notice of early market engagement and subsequent procurement activities LHC intend to carry out during 2025 in relation to the establishment of new frameworks:\nRENEWBLES DYNAMIC PURCHASING SYSTEM (DPS)\nThis new DPS is for the provision of inspection, repair, and replacement of energy efficient measures and renewable technology installations. The Energy Efficiency and Renewable Technology DPS will run in conjunction with the Retrofit and Decarbonisation (N9) framework but will remain as an independent service.\nThe framework will consist of the following workstreams:\nWorkstream 1 - Heating and ventilation\n- Commercial and Communal Heating systems\n- District Heating / network heating\n- Building Ventilation (HVAC) (domestic and commercial)\n- Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) (domestic and commercial)\n- Ground Source Heat Pumps (GSHP) (domestic and commercial)\nWorkstream 2 - Electrical energy systems\n- Solar PV (domestic and commercial)\n- Battery Storage (domestic and commercial)\n- Electric Vehicle Charging (domestic and commercial)\nIt is planned that the tender will be released for bid applications in mid-February 2025.\nREPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE DYNAMIC PURCHASING SYSTEM (DPS)\nThis is a new Dynamic Purchasing System and the proposed scope is for the provision of repair, disrepair, and maintenance works to building fabric, equipment, and the building environment.\nThe scope of the DPS will be split across three workstream, however, the scope of works may be expanded over the duration of the DPS:\nWorkstream 1 - Building envelope, structure, internal environment, and openings\n- Roofing\n- External works and structure\n- Internal repairs (including damp and mould)\nWorkstream 2 - M&E and associated plant and services\n- Plumbing and water quality\n- Heating, and cooling, ventilation controls and internal environment\n- Electrical systems\n- Lifts & lifting equipment\n- Detection systems\nWorkstream 3 - Environmental and Infestation\n- Environmental safety, and property protection\n- Infestation, rodents, and vermin\n- Drainage (Foul water, surface water, flooding, and water attenuation)\nROOFING SYSTEMS AND ASSOCIATED WORKS - CONTRACTORS (RS5C)\nThe new Roofing Systems Framework (RS5) has procured in two phases, starting with the Manufacturer Framework (RS5M) for the supply of roofing materials, which has now been awarded. The tender is soon to be published for the Roofing Systems Contractor Framework (RS5C) for design and installation services.\nThe procurement covers:\n- Traditional flat roofing\n- Liquid flat roofing\n- Profiled metal roofing\n- Pitched roofing\nIt is planned that the tender will be released for bid applications in mid-February 2025\nPUBLIC BUILDINGS CONSTRUCTION AND INFRASTRUCTURE FRAMEWORK (PB4)\nThis Framework will be for the construction of new buildings, extensions, conversions and adaptions of public and social buildings.\nLHCPG intend to carry out engagement with interested parties in spring 2025, the tender will be released for bid applications in autumn 2025, and it is anticipated the new framework will be live beginning of 2026.\nSUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF WINDOWS AND DOORS FRAMEWORK (WD3)\nThis framework will be designed to support clients with the design, supply and installation of windows, residential doors, communal doors, entrance doors and associated products and for all types of public sector refurbishment and new build projects.\nThe tender will be released for bid applications in summer 2025, and it is anticipated the new framework will be live in autumn 2025\nK8 - KITCHENS\nLHCPG will be seeking expressions of interest from Kitchen manufacturers to bid for the replacement of our current and popular Kitchen and Associated Products Framework.\nInterested manufacturers will be required to deliver an full design, supply and deliver service.
