Southern Construction Framework 6 (SCF 6)

Market testing and engagement was conducted in September and October 2025 which comprised of a survey and 1:1 sessions with interested Suppliers. This engagement activity has concluded and we received valuable information and feedback as a result. We are now informing interested suppliers of our planned SCF6 Market Engagement Event in January. A general overview and feedback on the information gathered during the Market testing exercise will be shared as part of the event and will be published on the In-Tend portal after the event has concluded, alongside any Q&A or other materials presented on the day. The event will be an opportunity for interested suppliers to ask questions and gain insight into the proposed future design of SCF6. It will be an exciting opportunity, and we strongly encourage attendance and participation in this event to help shape the future of the framework. However, please also be aware that this event will be recorded and access to this recording will be made available via In-tend. If you are unable to attend the London event, please register your interest (via intend correspondence) in attending a smaller regional event. Should there be sufficient interest, details of these events will be shared at a later date. The SCF6 Market Engagement Event is scheduled to take place: Date: Wednesday 21st January 2026 Time: 4:00 pm GMT Location: BMA House, London This engagement event will use the same venue as the Constructing Excellence Conference 2026 but take place immediately following the closing of the conference. Attendance at the conference IS NOT required to join the SCF6 Market Engagement event. The SCF6 event will be free to access and will not require a ticket, however booking attendance will be managed via In-tend correspondence.
