Comparable-procurement analytics

Benchmarked against retained Find a Tender procedures with CPV division 50. The category anchor is Repair and maintenance services (50000000); this is a deliberately broad market comparator. The comparison is shown at several levels rather than pretending one company or region is always the best benchmark.

“Reported bids” is an official aggregate, sometimes reported per lot; it is the closest available competition measure. “Named award suppliers” are winners, not all applicants.

Price-outcome signal

Not enough comparable procedures currently publish both a GBP tender value and a usable lowest-valid-bid value to calculate a responsible price-reduction benchmark. Tenderline deliberately does not infer a saving from named award suppliers or from missing award values.

As stated in the ITT, pricing must remain valid for a minimum period of 90 days from the Tender Return Deadline.\nAny future price review mechanism, if applicable, will be addressed through the final contract terms and will be subject to FMAT agreement. Tenderers must not assume automatic annual price increases unless expressly agreed in writing by FMAT.\nIn relation to distribution board inspections, these are included within Lot 2 - Electrical Safety & Compliance. Thermal imaging of each distribution board is not included as a mandatory requirement under the current ITT specification unless specifically stated within the pricing schedule or separately instructed by FMAT.\nWhere a Tenderer considers thermal imaging to be recommended, this may be identified separately within the tender submission as an optional recommendation, but it should not be included as a mandatory base-cost item unless expressly required by FMAT.\nTenderers should continue to prepare their submissions based on the ITT, pricing schedule, published clarification responses and supporting information issued by FMAT."
