        "description": "Clarification Notice - Statutory Estates Compliance Services\nFMAT has received a clarification query after the published clarification deadline relating to tendered rates and the scope of distribution board Inspections under Lot 2 - Electrical Safety & Compliance.\nAlthough the clarification deadline closed on 10 July 2026, FMAT considers it appropriate to issue this clarification for fairness and transparency, as the query relates to pricing assumptions and interpretation of the published specification.\nClarification:\nTendered prices must be submitted in accordance with the pricing schedule and ITT requirements. As stated in the ITT, pricing must remain valid for a minimum period of 90 days from the Tender Return Deadline.\nAny future price review mechanism, if applicable, will be addressed through the final contract terms and will be subject to FMAT agreement. Tenderers must not assume automatic annual price increases unless expressly agreed in writing by FMAT.\nIn relation to distribution board inspections, these are included within Lot 2 - Electrical Safety & Compliance.
