Homes England intends to procure a framework to replace the current Development and Regeneration Technical Services (DaRTS) Framework. The purpose of this notice is to make available a pre-market consultation questionnaire to understand the level of interest within the market for this Framework. Responses to this market testing exercise will not be evaluated and will not be assessed or reviewed in any subsequent procurement or tender exercise. Potential bidders who have not participated in this exercise, or whose participation has been limited (e.g., who have submitted a partially completed questionnaire) will not be disadvantaged in any way in any subsequent procurement or tender exercise.
