Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 21 active published awards; 19 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Framework contract on behalf of the Counter Terrorism Specialist Firearms Officer (CTSFO) network, for the provision of HO3 standard body armour. The scope of the contract will cover CTSFO hubs across the UK and Northern Ireland. MOPAC on behalf of the Counter Terrorism Policing HQ (CTPHQ) will be the main contracting authority to contract with the successful supplier. The terms agreed at this framework level will roll down to the individual call-offs put in place between the CTSFO hubs and the successful supplier.

This is a F14 (Corrigendum notice for changes or additional information) notice to notify the market of the abandonment of the proposed procurement in Prior Information Notice (PIN) reference 2024/S 000-016099. Following consultation with the market and internal SMEs across the CTP network, this procurement is being abandoned due to a change in circumstances. This change means a new procurement strategy must be created following further refinement of the requirement. The requirement for body armour still exists, however internal decision making must develop further prior to the entering of any commercial process. When the new strategy is signed off, a revised PIN will be released to the market to gauge interest, and also request information from interested bidders prior to the commencement of the procurement activity. All procurement activity will take place on the Authority's Coupa Sourcing Portal, accessible at: https://supplier.coupahost.com/quotes/public_events?customer=metpolice. This decision is being communicated via an F14 notice due to an inability to publish a F03 (Contract award notice) in line with the Major Changes policy found at: https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Home/PublishedNotice/Changes. The F14 was deemed the most appropriate way to notify the market of the decision.
