- Extending the Initial Term 3.1 The Authorities may extend this agreement beyond the Initial Term by four further periods of twelve months (Extension Period). If the Authorities wish to extend this agreement, the City, on behalf of the Authorities, shall give the Supplier at least one months' written notice of such intention before the expiry of the Initial Term or, where the Agreement has already been extended, expiry of the Extension Period.

- Table of all KPI's, Schedule 4 Key Performance Indicators PART 1 - THE KPIS 1.1 The KPIs which the Parties have agreed shall be used to measure the performance of the Services by the Supplier are contained in the below table.
