Published description of the framework

This is a single-supplier framework agreement established following a compliant tender process. The framework is available for use by the contracting authority and other eligible public sector bodies within the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Procurement Partnership (HIOWPP).

Pricing:

Prices are fixed for the duration of the framework in accordance with the successful supplier's tender submission. These prices were evaluated as part of the original procurement process and form the basis of all call-off arrangements.

Call-off and Contract Award Process:

As this is a single-supplier framework, contracts may be awarded by direct call-off without further competition. Participating authorities may place orders or enter into call-off contracts in line with the terms and conditions of the framework agreement, subject to their own internal governance and approval requirements.

Use by Other Authorities:

Other councils within the HIOWPP may access and call off from the framework under the same terms, conditions, and pricing, ensuring consistency, value for money, and a streamlined procurement process across participating organisations.

What this means for your bid
  • Price carries 60 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 6 points. This one is won on the number: sharpen the price before polishing the prose.
  • “e-ITT for the Supply of Cash Collection Services - Call-Off Contract” is a framework: the contest is a place on its panel, not a single contract, and call-offs are awarded directly: getting appointed is the whole game.

Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
