The aim of PIARC is to identify, develop, and promulgate policy and practices that contribute to safer and more efficient management and use of roads and road transport systems. It is the leading international forum for analysis and discussion of roads matters. PIARC’s work is mostly undertaken through a series of Technical Committees and Task Forces over a four-year work cycle where the UK is one of the leading participants – bringing expertise from across private and public sectors. What this means for your bid
  • Price carries 20 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 2 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.
  • “TRST3090 - Secretariat for UKRLG and PIARC” is a dynamic market: the contest is a place on its panel, not a single contract.

Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
