    "description": "Corsham Town Council is seeking quotes to refurbish the public toilets on Newlands Road, Corsham.\nSpecifically:\n1.\tRemoval and disposal of the mirrors, toilet paper holders, hand dryers, basins, toilets, cubicles and their respective fixtures and fittings in the ladies and men's toilets. \n2.\tSupply and installation of new mirrors, toilet paper holders, combination hand wash/dryer units and toilets in the ladies` and men`s toilets. \n3.\tSupply and installation of new cubicles in the ladies` and men`s toilets. \n4.\tSupply and installation of a new door on the utility/cleaning cupboard in the disabled toilets.\n5.\tSupply and installation of new safety flooring in the disabled toilets.\n6.\tTreat and repaint the ceiling in the men`s and ladies' toilets. \n7.\tSupply and installation of a new door on the disabled toilet with a tamper-proof lock.\n8.\tRegrouting of the wall tiles in the men`s and ladies` toilets. \n9.\tInstallation of new stainless steel grab rails in the ladies` and men`s toilets. \n10.\tRepainting of all external doors and their fascia boards.\n11.\tReplace and tidy-up floor grills in the men's and ladies' toilets.\n12.\tReplace air freshener units (using a vandal resistant design that can cope with a high footfall).\n13.\tReplace sensor tap in the disabled toilet.\nPlease refer to the attached Specification before submitting a tender.",
