DVLA is undertaking preliminary market engagement in preparation for a future procurement for Soft Facilities Management Services across its Swansea estate. The engagement will assist DVLA in understanding market capability, capacity, innovation opportunities, potential delivery models, and more…
approaches to contract bundling. Feedback received may be used to inform the commercial strategy, procurement approach and future tender documentation. The engagement process may include Requests for Information (RFIs), supplier questionnaires, virtual meetings, one-to-one discussions and site visits. Interested suppliers are invited to register by emailing [email protected] by 23rd October 2026, providing their organisation name, contact details and areas of interest. Information gathered through this process will be used solely to inform DVLA's procurement strategy and future requirements. Participation in this engagement will not provide any advantage or disadvantage in any future procurement. DVLA welcomes engagement from suppliers of all sizes, including SMEs. The authority is interested in understanding how SMEs may participate either directly, as part of a consortium, or through subcontracting arrangements.
