- Specification Standards, All carpets, furniture, fittings, and miscellaneous items supplied as requested shall meet the standards specified in the Specification and the Pricing Schedule. They must comply with the relevant European Standards, British Standards, or Codes of Practice issued by the appropriate Standards Authority. If no such standards exist, they should adhere to other recognized Codes of Practice in force at the time of delivery of the Finished Work.
- Delivery, The Contractor shall ensure that not less than 95% of all articles by total quantity and not less than 90% by line item commissioned for delivery by the Council for delivery in a Contract year are delivered on or before the Respective Delivery Dates applicable to them and are in all aspects fit for purpose and delivered to the correct delivery point as stated on the individual order.
- Overall Performance, The Council shall review quarterly the Contractor's actual performance of their obligation to supply Articles in a Contract Year by applying the formula for any given review period: - Total quantity of articles delivered to agreed RDD divided by Total quantity of articles demanded, multiplied by 100
