Published requirement descriptionCPC intends to put a Framework agreement in place with multiple suppliers for the supply of Grounds Maintenance Services.
Any resulting framework from this exercise will be available to Further Education Institutions, Universities, Sixth Forms, Academies, Schools, Museums and other similar organisations who are CPC Members (www.thecpc.ac.uk/members/regions.php ↗) and all CPC future members (www.gov.uk/guidance/get-informa… ↗).
The Framework Agreement is also open to the following Higher Education consortia and their current and future members through our joint contracting programme, NWUPC (www.nwupc.ac.uk ↗), SUPC (www.supc.ac.uk ↗), NEUPC (www.neupc.ac.uk ↗) and HEPCW www.hepcw.ac.uk ↗
Local Authorities may also wish to use the resulting framework when procuring on behalf of Educational Establishments.

- Review procedure
The Contracting Authority will incorporate a minimum of a ten calendar day standstill period at the point that information on the award of contract is communicated to tenderers. If an appeal regarding the award of contract has not been successfully resolved then the Public Contract Regulations 2015, provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm, by breach of the rules to take action in the High Court.
