Description
This Preliminary Market Engagement Notice is published in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023.
The Mining Remediation Authority (MRA) is undertaking preliminary market engagement in advance of a future procurement for a replacement Ground Stabilisation Works by Drilling and Grouting Framework.
The framework is expected to support ground stabilisation and remediation activities across England, Scotland and Wales, including drilling, pressure grouting, void filling, mine workings stabilisation and associated site investigation works.
MRA is seeking feedback from organisations with relevant experience to help inform the procurement strategy, framework structure and commercial arrangements for the future framework.
Participation in this engagement is voluntary and will not provide any supplier with an advantage in any future procurement process.
