Lot awarding rule: The contract will be awarded to the tenderer submitting the most advantageous tender, based on a combination of quality and price. Tenders will be evaluated against published award criteria including the quality of the proposed service delivery, relevant experience and capability, understanding of the Trust's governance context and requirements, approach to quality assurance and continuous improvement, and overall cost and value for money.
