Lot distribution rule: Bidders can submit for both Lots. We will appoint Lot 1 first to the highest scoring bidder who has indicated delivery for Lot 1.
Lot 2 will then be awarded to the highest scoring bid in Lot 2 with the party who is awarded Lot 1 excluded.
We reserve the right to award both Lots to a single bidder in the event that only one bidder meets the minimum qualitative score.
