Published requirement descriptionMoray Council Building Services wishes to put in place a Framework for a period of three years with a possible extension of 12 months, with suitably qualified and experienced Contractors. The Framework will provide professional trade services to assist with Reactive Repairs, Planned Maintenance and Labour Only and will be used to cover the entire Moray region to support the Authority’s owned housing stock of 6,492 properties. A limit of 20 contractors per lot will apply.

Where the operator is not able to make such a conformation, full details of the relevant events shall be provided along with an explanation of the expected impact on the bidders economic and financial standing.
