Published description of the framework
Each lot of the framework will be awarded to a primary supplier, and will also contain a secondary "backup" supplier. The lots shall be awarded as per the award criteria in the ITT document attached to this procurement which includes weightings. Details on how prices are determined is detailed in the specification document.
