Published requirement descriptionThe Guinness Partnership (TGP) works with circa 140 local authorities to deliver the Disabled Facilities Grant work. TGP are looking to streamline the work across regions and are conducting market engagement to:
1. Inform the decision on a landlord application delivery model that meets the quality, cost, risk management and responsiveness required by The Guinness Partnership to deliver high customer satisfaction based on the capabilities, geographical coverage and capacity of market participants.
2. To gather feedback from contractors on what would make these contracts desirable, run as smoothly as possible and enable delivery to agreed service levels.
3. To gather insight into current market trends and innovations
