This procurement supports delivery under the Adult Skills Fund (ASF) and Free Courses for Jobs (FCfJ) initiatives, aligned to SBC's five-year strategic plan to transform lives and communities through applied education.

shall be the two (2) highest-scoring Tenderers following completion of the evaluation process. The highest-scoring Tenderer shall be awarded no less than fifty per cent (50%) of the total volume of work available under the relevant Lot and/or Sub-Lot. We wish to inform you that, following internal review, we have decided to abandon the current procurement exercise and will not be inviting bidders to the second stage of the process under the Competitive Flexible Procedure 'Light Touch Regime'. As set out in the Invitation to Participate (ITP) documentation, section's 4.5 "changes" & 4.6 "Ending the Procurement", the authority expressly reserves the right to cancel or withdraw from the procurement process at any stage and not to award the contract. Due to high levels of interest, a change to the Procurement strategy will be required (yet to be determined). Unforeseen information has also been received from the authorities external funding bodies could change the scope of the original requirement. |
