Lot awarding rule: Part A: Commercial Evaluation (50% / 50 Points) Price scores will be calculated mathematically based on the Total Project Cost (excluding VAT) using the following inverse-proportional formula: Lowest Proposed Cost (from all bidders) divided by the bidders cost x 50 points Part B: Quality Evaluation (50% / 50 Points Available) The quality score will be assessed based on the bidder's written method statements and submitted drawings using a standard 0 to 5 scoring scale.
