- Customer Services & Account Management: Assessment of account management approach, including responsiveness, online portals, billing support, and customer service standards.
- Finance, Legal & Procurement Compliance: Evaluation of compliance with RBC Terms & Conditions, data protection, ethical conduct, and risk management processes.
- Social Value: Contribution to social, economic, and environmental objectives in line with RBC's Social Value policy.
