Cadent is collaborating with Northern Gas Networks under a shared Warm Homes Network model to support the delivery of Vulnerability and Carbon Monoxide Allowance (VCMA) objectives. The appointment of Yorkshire Energy Services CIC t/a YES Energy Solutions enables continuity of delivery within an established referral ecosystem and provides specialist energy efficiency support to vulnerable households.
The arrangement forms part of a wider collaborative programme designed to maximise customer outcomes through integrated support services, referrals and coordinated delivery across participating Gas Distribution Networks. The contract supports the objectives set out within Ofgem's VCMA Governance Framework to assist customers in vulnerable circumstances and improve carbon monoxide safety awareness.
