- Price: Tenderers must submit a completed pricing schedule for all works included in the specification. The price score will be based on the total tendered price submitted. The lowest compliant tender price will receive the maximum score for this criterion. Other tenderers will be scored proportionately against the lowest compliant price.
- Quality: Tenderers must provide a method statement explaining how they will deliver the street lighting remedial works safely, efficiently and to the required standard. This should include details of relevant experience, proposed staffing and resources, health and safety arrangements, traffic and pedestrian management, programming of the works, management of priority Category 1 items, quality control, communication with the Council, and arrangements for dealing with defects or issues during the contract. The Council will assess the tenderer's ability to deliver the works within the required timescales, minimise disruption, comply with health and safety requirements, and provide a reliable and competent service.
