Coverage: 25 active published awards; 0 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The contracting authority currently operates a Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform that underpins key business processes. Salesforce holds exclusive intellectual property rights over its proprietary CRM Platform and associated services.
No other supplier can provide access to or support for the Salesforce ecosystem. This proposed renewal includes continued support, integration and growth of our existing Salesforce implementation.
Engaging a new supplier would result in the contracting authority receiving goods or services that are incompatible with the existing Salesforce platform, creating disproportionate technical difficulties and incompatibility in operation and maintenance.
The estimated value has been updated to reflect the agreed scope of the services.
