Although the procurement process for the replacement contract is currently live, (https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/procurement/ocds-h6vhtk-05d5be) there have been delays in the procurement process which has led to the new contract not being implemented before the expiry of the current contract. To maintain an uninterrupted service provision, a more…short term contract award to the current supplier is required while the procurement process is concluded.
