Maintenance and Minor Building Works 2025-27 Measured Term Contract for the Commissioner's Blue Light Estate

The Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner & Cumbria Commissioner Fire and Rescue Authority is seeking to award a contract for the following works. • Maintenance and Minor Building Works 2025/27 Measured Term Contract The Contract will initially be for 3 year with the option for a further 2 years extension (3 +1 +1) renewed annually depending on performance. The scope of work of the Measured Term Contract will cover the whole of the 'commissioners' blue light estate' in Cumbria 2 lots will be awarded to cover the whole of the blue light estate. The estate will be divided into 2 areas based on local authority boundaries, as follows:- 1. South Area - Westmorland and Furness 2. North Area - Cumberland The work comprises the provision of building works to properties owned or managed by The Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner & Cumbria Commissioner Fire and Rescue Authority as set out in the specification of requirements. The work comprises minor and miscellaneous works. Either new works or repairs.
