The pre-market engagement period has now concluded. During this phase, the Authority undertook a series of informal engagements with a range of suppliers to better understand current market capabilities, potential delivery approaches, and indicative cost profiles. These engagements were conducted solely for the purposes of market intelligence gathering and did not form part of any formal evaluation or selection process. All suppliers were afforded an equal opportunity to participate in these discussions. The insights gained will be used to inform the procurement strategy and the development of the forthcoming tender documentation. No supplier will receive any advantage in any subsequent procurement process as a result of participation in the pre-market engagement.
