The evaluation criteria and weights exactly as published on the notice, grouped by family (price, quality, social value and so on).
Lot awarding rule: Technical Evaluation will be set at a weighting of 60% and will include a number of questions whereby the bidder must score 3 or more marks out of 5. Costings will be demonstrated through a Pricing Schedule which will carry a weighting of 30%, and there will also be an element for bidders to demonstrate their Social Value commitments, carrying a potential weighting of 10%
