Spencer Academy Trust is seeking an expert groundworks contractor(s) to help us with maintaining the Academy sports fields and communal areas within our Academy sites.

- Staffing: Proposals on the resources to be employed to undertake the services. Your organisations approach and policies with respect to employee wellbeing, equality and diversity in the workplace and compliance to 2015 Modern Slavery Act within your organisation and supply chain.
- Service Delivery: Proposals on your approach to provide the service and your approach and policies in respect to managing Health & Safety in through your organisation and operations.
- References: Bidder to supply a minimum of 1 contact reference(s). Current incumbent bidders need not supply references unless they wish to provide additional references for consideration.
- Added Value: Proposals on how your organisation can add value to the contract
- Pricing: Bidders must complete either or both Lot A & Lot B in full.
- Price carries 60 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 6 points. This one is won on the number: sharpen the price before polishing the prose.
