- Social Value: Local employment: Use of local labour or apprenticeships Environmental practices: Use of sustainable practices (e.g., fuel efficiency or electric vehicles, pesticide reduction, biodiversity support).
- Experience: Relevant experience delivering similar contracts (size, complexity, and type) Two relevant references provided
- Health and Safety: Demonstrated safety systems, risk assessments, and compliance with statutory obligations.
- Price carries 40 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 4 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.
