Published requirement descriptione-ITT for the provision of Kitchen Replacements to New Forest District Council owned properties Scope Overview: New Forest District Council (NFDC) is undertaking a programme of kitchen replacement in Local Authority residential housing stock and other owned buildings across the district. The contract is awarded as a single-contractor Framework Agreement for a term of four (4) years, September 2026 -July 2030 with an initial term of 2 years with option to extend in 2 x 12 month phases (subject to performance). Works awarded under the framework agreement will be strictly based upon the authority's operational demand and available budget funds. There is no guarantee of any business volume or value awarded by the Authority to the preferred contractor.

Published description of the framework
The Framework is a single-contractor arrangement to enable the replacement of specified Kitchens at various residential housing locations throughout the district (on a planned 12 month rolling schedule), as well as additional Kitchen related work to other Council owned properties as required. For the avoidance of doubt, the framework will allow the Council to instruct the awarded framework contractor to provide Kitchens and associated works / services to any NFDC owned properties. The contractor will also be expected to work closely with the Councils Housing Maintenance "voids" team to install / refurbish Kitchens at short notice when a Housing property is between tenants.
