Whilst the other providers mention they support Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) they don't mention the 24/7 support for the services. The listing under JungleIT for the response times for tickets looks to fit the requirement for LHP better. \nDirect award to JUNGLE IT via G-CLOUD framework.",
