This proposal for Audit and Financial Services is a retender of the previous CPC Audit Services framework as well as a merge with Dukefields/CPC Financial Services framework.

Any resulting framework from this exercise will be available to all further education institutions, universities, sixth forms, academies, schools, museums and other similar organisations who are current and future CPC members www.thecpc.ac.uk/members/regions.php ↗ www.gov.uk/guidance/get-informa… ↗. Local Authorities may wish to use the resulting framework when procuring on behalf of Educational Establishments. The Contracting Authority will incorporate a minimum of a ten calendar day standstill period at the point that information on the award of contract is communicated to tenderers. If an appeal regarding the award of contract has not been successfully resolved then the Public Contract Regulations 2015, provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm, by breach of the rules to take action in the High Court. Any such action must be brought promptly
