Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 142 active published awards; 39 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Planning and rationale

No-engagement rationaleNot published
Procedure rationaleThere are no other 2d Xray sensors available which can be fitted and fully integrated with the existing machinery. The proposed 2D X-ray sensor upgrade is an extension to a highly specialised PhenoScort seed-sorting platform purchased 12 months ago and can only be supplied by the original provider because it must integrate with proprietary software, patented technology, and existing machine architecture. A change of supplier would create incompatibility, require significant re-engineering and re-validation, and result in disproportionate technical difficulties and costs
