    "description": "The East Manchester Academy (TEMA) is a mainstream secondary school with approximately 1050 pupils, located in Beswick, Manchester. We are committed to inclusion and early intervention to support all learners. The school has identified a need for a dedicated on-site AP to cater for up to 20 pupils who struggle to access mainstream education.\nWe require an experienced, suitably qualified provider to design, deliver, and manage an on-site alternative provision. This will involve:\n•\tProviding structured education, pastoral care, and behaviour support for up to 20 pupils aged 11-16.\n•\tOperating during standard school hours and term times.\n•\tCollaborating with school staff and external agencies as appropriate.\nThe provider must:\n•\tDeliver a curriculum aligned with the national curriculum (including English, Maths, and PSHE). This will be delivered by existing TEMA staff as part of their normal timetable.\n•\tSupport behaviour improvement, attendance, and pupil well-being.\n•\tProvide staff trained in trauma-informed approaches and behaviour management.\n•\tOffer tailored interventions and reintegration support where appropriate.\n•\tMaintain safeguarding, health & safety, and data protection in line with school policies",
