Delivery: North East, North West, Yorkshire & Humber, East Midlands, West Midlands, East of England, London, South East, South West · The greenfield site is located to the south of existing offices and light industrial units which form part of South Church Enterprise Park. The site has recently been used for grazing and has no evidence of any previous uses. To the west of the site is a well-established tree line which separates the grazing land from the River Gaunless to the west. Access to the site is via Henson Close which is designed for future development with a hammerhead junction to the south. Henson Close links in to Dovecote Hill road with access to the A688 to the West. The A688 is the primary A road into and out of Bishop Auckland
