- Helpdesk Queries, Helpdesk calls to be logged and a response provided to the relevant School Client contact within 1 Working Day. This does not mean that it has to be solved but the customer is aware that the issue is being resolved.
- System Availability, Recruitment System should be available for a minimum of 99% of the time 24 hours' a day, 7 days a week.
- Training, Training on the use of the system and new aspects of Software to be delivered to users as appropriate. Training is defined as any form of training including manuals, on-line provision and physically delivered.
