Lot awarding rule: Award will be based on cost/quality - 50:50 split between the two. Responses to a number of methodology questions including programme - clear timescales and activity by activity breakdown, examples of previous projects, working in a conservation area/adjacent to a road & businesses, maintenance schedule and acceptance of the councils T&C's
