This partnership initiative sits firmly within the Chief Constables Force strategy Community First; putting the needs of our

communities at the heart of everything we do and improve trust and confidence in policing. The programme is intended to

deliver legitimacy, diversity, and enhanced engagement with those persons susceptible to joining gangs, committing crime,

being exploited via county lines, and experiencing physical, sexual, and domestic abuse. 'She Inspires' also aims to support

the VAWG agenda and promote education around 'Healthy Relationships'.
