Rutland County Council are seeking suppliers able to carry out upgrades to the below 3 libraries. Each library will be awarded separately under it's own lot, suppliers can bid on one or more lots. An overview of the works is included below summary.

Ketton Library: Extend the existing room opposite the electrical cupboard to form the new family hub area. Installation of new kitchen area in former dispensary, remove kitchen fittings from behind reception desk and replace with work area.
