Published requirement description

The Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) requires a supplier to provide ongoing support, reconfiguration and development services for its existing Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system which uses the Salesforce platform.

The Salesforce platform is a tool that underpins GMCA's employer engagement activity and processes across GMCA's Education, Work and Skills directorate. The system supports relationship management, case management, service delivery tracking and performance reporting aligned to Greater Manchester Strategy priorities.
