The full procurement process and timeline is outlined in the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT). NESO intends to shortlist up to 3 Bidders following the PSQ stage, subject to the tie break process outlined in the ITT. Interested parties are required to complete Non-disclosure Agreements and Non-Collusion Declarations prior to being given access to the procurement documents.
