Wythenshawe Community Housing Group intend to appoint Allied Lifts Services Division (UK) Ltd for a period of 1 x year Direct award to correlate with WCHG Domestic Lifts contract with Allied Lift Services. This direct award is safety critical, any disruption may lead to equipment failure and safety risks, breach of statutory compliance requirement (LOLER) and impact accessibility and service delay. To appoint Allied Lift Services would allow operational continuity under the safety-critical nature of lift maintenance by a supplier who has proven performance and asset knowledge and would mitigate mobilisation delays and costs.
