Published description of the framework

PfP will conduct a qualitative and financial evaluation of the Tender Submissions received, and the Framework Agreement will be awarded on the basis of the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) in accordance with the methodology set out within the tender documents. Further information on how contracts will be awarded is also detailed within the tender documents.

PfP is looking to appoint up to six suppliers per Lot. There is no limit on the number of Lots for which a supplier may either (a) submit a bid or (b) be appointed.

We have made changes to the "framework" section of this Notice. We have clarified the number of suppliers we wish to appoint per Lot.

The minimum turnover requirement has been amended. The new thresholds are £10,000,000 for Lots 1 -10 and £5,000,000 for Lots 11 - 13. Previously, the minimum turnover requirement was £10,000,000 for all Lots. The tender submission deadline has also been extended. The new deadline for submissions is 12:00 noon on 28/07.

Amendment of Contract Location to each lot, context has stayed the name just correction of NUTS codes.
