Coverage: 138 active published awards; 3 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

16 Jun 2026, 23:59 BST · scheduledOxford City Council will be hosting an industry day at 9am on 23 June 2026 at The Assembly Room, Oxford Town Hall, St Aldate’s, Oxford, OX1 1BW Please note, this is not a call for competition. For the avoidance of doubt, this notice is for the purpose of conducting a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) exercise and will not formally begin the procurement or constitute any commitment by the Council to undertake any procurement exercise. Participation in the PME will be at each organisation’s own cost. No expense in responding to this PME will be reimbursed by the Council. PME in this case is where the Council, at an early stage in the development of its proposals but prior to formulating any formal procurement opportunity, seeks input from the market as to what might be the most attractive way of packaging and scoping a future procurement opportunity. This Industry Day will provide an opportunity for the Council to obtain insight into how participants might approach the delivery of the service in question. It also gives a useful insight into the likely level of interest in a proposed project from that market. Participants must also note that a response to this notice does not guarantee an invitation to participate in this or any future procurement that the Council may conduct, nor that the Council will procure any such supply and services or accept any proposals offered. Any Procurement of the supply and services by the Council will be carried out strictly in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 (PA2023) As stated above, the outcome of the PME exercise will inform an options appraisal with recommendations. If you would like to attend the industry day, where the Council will present further details specifically related to this requirement please contact: James Watkins at jwatkins@oxford.gov.uk by 16 June 2026 Please also express an interest on the portal and documents will be sent to you. https://in-tendhost.co.uk/oxfordcc Should you not have access to the in-tend portal where this has been published please contact Procurement@oxford.gov.uk
