What is being bought

Published requirement description

The David Ross Education Trust has entered into a contract for the provision, implementation and ongoing support of a cloud-hosted Learning Management System. The system will support professional development, mandatory compliance training, induction, leadership development and governance training across the Trust's academies and central services. It will enable the delivery and management of face-to-face, virtual and online learning; structured learning pathways; attendance and completion monitoring; assessments and certification; content authoring; and reporting at academy and Trust level.

Lot awarding rule: Tenders will be evaluated against the award criteria set out below in order to identify the Most Advantageous Tender (MAT): Criteria Weighting Quality 60% Price 40% Evaluation will consider both the quality of the proposed solution and the overall value offered to the Trust. Further detail on the evaluation methodology, including scoring criteria and sub-criteria, is set out within the Specification Appendix A and B and pricing schedule in the InTend tender portal. The Quality criterion will include assessment of system capability, implementation approach, support arrangements and demonstration performance.
